Implemented upgrade and cost-reduction programs enabled the company to achieve high asset management efficiency. The cost of power generation at its hydropower plants is lower than in other Russian HPPs, while fuel consumption per kilowatt-hour of electricity produced at the company’s thermal power plants is substantially below the average in Siberia.
